Emily McCaffree Named the Education Support Professional of the Year

We’re proud to share that Emily McCaffree has been named the Education Support Professional of the Year by the Montana Federation of Public Employees! Her outstanding work has also been submitted to the National Education Association for consideration as the National Education Support Professional of the Year. Emily will find out the results this March when she travels to California for the national recognition ceremony!
Emily is a dedicated High School Paraprofessional, passionate Union leader, and a true advocate for students and staff alike. Since starting with the district in 2012, she’s gone above and beyond to support our school community, taking a short break in 2015 to care for her daughter, and returning in 2017 with the same heart and drive.
For the past four years, Emily has led negotiations for Classified staff, ensuring their voices are heard and respected. Her tireless commitment and leadership are an inspiration to us all.
